Past Highlights
Color the Creek 2022 was a weeklong festival held in Battle Creek, MI in August 2022. The Festival included 7 new murals painted throughout Battle Creek by world-renowned graffiti artists, muralists, and local artists. One of our biggest highlights was a collaboration with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and artist Jamari Taylor to create a new mural on their headquarters in Downtown Battle Creek.
The week also featured multiple community events including a Youth Day, opening party at Torti Taco, and Downtown Art Hop Festival that included a Chalk Art competition, Downtown Disc Golf, live music and more - bringing together more than 5,000 people over the course of the week.
